Aizen and his bs super powers:

Complete Hypnosis:
Aizen is able to use his zanpakutou and completely hypnotize the victim. Once they have seen his zanpakutou release then they will be hypnotized and forever be under his control. Their 5 senses are all manipulated and none can break free from it.

Master Manipulator:
Aizen always has plans for everyone, which will come back to him and his complete control over everything. He will find out just how to completely destroy someone, and he is not afraid to use that over and over again. He knew how much Hinamori loved him, for example, and he especially made sure to try and kill her with his own hands.

Now then, moving on. Please fill this out if you wish to ever be apart of Aizen's dastardly plans! Manipulation, torment, getting hurt, murder, you name it.

Hypnotize: Unfortunately, Augustine might be immune to that complete hypnosis ability due to being a avid magic practitioner. He wields illusion based spells sometimes, so he would see through it.
Manipulate: He can try but manipulating Augustine will take time and effort. He's a tough one to crack.
Emotional harm: I'll say "Yes" for this but we would have to plan that out. Augustine has his secrets.
Bodily harm: I believe we already crossed this line, so yes!
Murder: Might have to pass on that.

Aizen's hypnosis isn't magic, unfortunately. It is the ability from his sword, anyone who can see it, will be hypnotized. Only those that don't look at it, or cannot see, are immune to it. The hypnosis takes over all 5 senses, so they wouldn't even know they're in an illusion. Like I said Aizen is a cheater, but if you still don't want him to ever be hypnotized that's fine!

Oh snap! Augustine isn't immune if that's not classified as a form of magic.

Yeah, in canon only Kaname was immune to it, since he was blind. Ichigo never witnessed the release of his sword so he was never hypnotized, but all the most powerful characters were. Once hypnotized there are ways to dispel it. Which would be to touch his sword as he's using it, but he never lets anyone get close enough of course.

Can Aizen hypnotize him at some point, or is that still a no? :)
